Our primary establishment is situated at F22, Calangute - Baga Rd, Calangute, Goa 403516 (Plus Code: HQ34+FV), with associated service sanctuaries serving Calangute, Candolim, and Baga. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you should refrain from using our digital services and physical facilities.

Our North Goa facilities are open 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week to accommodate travelers, residents, and late arrivals.

• All service rates are quoted clearly in Indian National Rupees (INR) at our reception desk prior to the commencement of any treatment.
• Rates cover the designated duration, private chamber access, sterile disposable linens, and ensuite hot shower amenities.
• Payments are processed securely in person upon arrival or completion at our front desk via verified digital payment modes (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, or Cash).
• We do not solicit, collect, or store advance credit card details through unencrypted web channels.

Your physical safety is our paramount priority. Spa treatments stimulate blood circulation, stretch ligaments, and apply myofascial pressure. Clients must disclose pre-existing medical conditions during the initial consultation:

• Every room is disinfected between appointments, and all linens and disposable garments are single-use.
• Hydrotherapy jacuzzi basins are fully drained, sanitized, and refilled with fresh filtered water for every booking.
• Valuables & Personal Property: Private suites have secure spaces for your belongings. However, Crystal Russian Thai Spa is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to jewelry, electronics, or personal valuables brought onto the premises.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Crystal Russian Thai Spa and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our facilities or therapies.

All proprietary brand graphics, trademarks, texts, therapy descriptions, and media assets published on crystalrussianspa.in belong exclusively to Crystal Russian Thai Spa. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the state of Goa, India.
